1 For using CoP as a KM method, companies must abandon the level of competence-, performance- and business-oriented exchange
2 Above this lays the right level of operation for a CoP as a KM method: it is the level of passion-driven, knowledge-oriented common interests
3 At this level what we should cultivate are consensual domains of shared meanings (shared knowledge, shared logic of experience)
4 To this aim organisations adopting CoP as a KM method need a management of spaces between individual domains of experience: they need an 'INTER-SPACE MANAGEMENT'
