Notes:
It is an honour for me to have the possibility to give this seminar at the Computer Science department of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and particularly at the LIA, and I would like to express my gratitute to Prof. Faltings for this opportunity and to thank Rainer Weigel for initiating this 'adventure'.
Why adventure ?
- Well, when I accepted Rainer's proposition in January this year to give a talk about
"Kant and SWE" I was confident that the task would not require a lot of
preparation. In fact, between May 1988 and September 1994 I have given 8 talks on a
'Kant & Computer Science' (former occasions were: 1988,Siegen / 1988,Baden-Baden /
1989,Messina / 1990,Mainz / 1990,New York / 1991,Zürich / 1992,Heidelberg /
1993,Königsberg // 4 times in English, 3 times in German, 1 time in Italian).
- But when I began to think what I could say in this 9th talk, I realized that my mind was
continuously producing new ideas and firmly refusing those developed for the
previous talks.
- Consequently, the development of this seminar became really a kind of adventure, a
journey in a 'terra incognita', an unknown path with unknown conclusion.
- And this is still the situation now.
For this reason, my goal this afternoon is not to accompany you in a visit to the 'museum of truth' but merely to invite you to walk with me the path I have followed through the jungle without knowing if it will be a succesful one or not.
In this sense, I consider what I will present as material (for discussion, for research) not as a finished product ready for use.
Wir zeigen in diesem Seminar wieso und wie Wissensmanagement auch KMU helfen kann, mit dem bestehenden Wissenspotential effektiver und effizienter umzugehen.
