• OPERAZIONI COSTITUTIVE (constitutive operations):
  constitute their object (mental elements, individual mental content, mental thing)

• OPERAZIONI CORRELAZIONALI (assembling operations):
  combine, assemble mental elements in order to build a new network of units (correlation, correlational net)

• OPERAZIONI CONSECUTIVE (integrating operations):
  integrate new correlation into the system of all existing networks (correlational space; add and validate relations)

  - not merely secondary role (focus attention on)
  - primary role in constituting, assembling and integrating
